The only rule for life

I know a 32-year-old American who has been going to therapy for 5 years and always carries depression medication in his bag.

But he didn’t get better and was still in pain every day.

You know why?

One word: responsibility.

The problem is not the therapist, nor the medicine.

It’s that he failed to take responsibility for his own life.

“The people who caused my problems were my dad, the bulliers when I was a kid, and my ex.

The people who are gonna solve my problem are the therapist and medicine.

Anyways, it has nothing to do with me. It’s all your fault. You have to solve the problems you caused. “

He forgets that it’s his own life.

The word “responsibility” sounds very stressful, but don’t forget that power and responsibility always come together. While taking responsibility for your life, you also hold the power to change your life in your own hands.

It’s great to be a victim, but at the same time, you’re giving away your life to others.

Suppose you have had a problem since you had this bad flu once, and you often cough.

What would you do? Curse the virus in the air every day?

Most of the things you encounter in life are the same as viruses in the air. Bad things happen to you. What do you do? Life only causes problems and doesn’t solve them.

And 95% of things in life are beyond your control. You don’t know what will happen to you next.

The correct mentality is: treat whatever hurts you as a virus.

I was hurt in the past, which caused the problems I have now.

It’s really unfair.

But this is how life is. When your account was created for this game, these rules were not included in the game:

“Players will only encounter good things during the game”

“If a player is hurt by another player, the other player is responsible for healing.”

There is only one rule for the game:

“95% of the events in the game will be randomly generated, and the goal of the game is for players to obtain the maximum happiness.”

This is why it is so important to learn the correct mindset towards life.

No matter what life throws at you, you can handle it with joy and peace.

This is the single most important skill in a person’s life.
